Resignation Letter

Hi R and S,

It has been a very good learning experience ever since I have joined D. I have lived and have seen the D Firm and its Culture and have become very aware of the fact that why it is one of the best places to start your career. Also having found a mentor in S on the project, I am more than sure that he is one of the best mentor, colleague and manager in the Firm.

Despite all this and more, I have decided to put down my papers with the Firm. Though I like it here, but I think there is an inherent difference in what I set for me to walk on and what I am walking on. You can consider this as my resignation from the firm. Based on my conversation with S, I hope I can be relieved without affecting the M project with a smooth transition of the work and knowledge from me to N. I hope the details and the joining date can be discussed soon as well. Thanks for being so very supportive.
